Jan-Willem Strijbos, PhD, coming from the University of Leiden, NL, is serving as professor of research on learning and instruction at LMU and at this chair from April, 1, 2011. This position is highly important for teacher education, educational science, and the Learning Sciences Programs and we are happy that we were able to fill it with a researcher with high international reputation.
