Application Process

1. Application Period:

The application period for entry in the Fall of 2017 ended on February 15th, 2017! The application portal is now closed. The online application portal will open again on December 1st, 12:00 CET. New deadline for applications: February 15th, 2018 at 12:00 CET.

Be sure to check your program eligibility before starting your application! Please be aware that we will only take into account application documents submitted during the application phase (December 1st  - February 15th) through the GSN online application site.

2. Application Process:

Only complete applications that have been received at the coordination office in time can be considered for admission. The selection and admission process takes place in three steps: evaluation of the application, a recommended interview preparation, and a personal interview when possible.

Step 1: Online Application

Applications are screened initially by the Admissions Committee based on all submitted information, with special emphasis placed on academic qualifications and recommendations. Candidates who pass this stage will be notified within 4-8 weeks following the final application deadline of February 15th, regarding their participation in an interview (see Step 3). Rejection letters will be issued at the end of May.

The Admissions Committee processes all applications without delay. Please refrain from inquiries regarding the status of your application. You will be informed as soon as the results are available.
