Further Information

Jakob Kaiser studied Computer Science in Greifswald and Cognitive Science in Osnabrueck. He graduated from the University of Sussex with a PhD about the role of embodiment in decision making. Jakob is the principal investigator of the DFG-funded project “Oscillatory mechanisms for sensorimotor preparation during conflict anticipation”. His research interests are:


• Cognitive control of attention and actions
• Flexibility in learning and behaviour
• Subjective control assumptions/sense of agency
• Neural mechanisms of optimal behaviour during demanding tasks
