Welcome to the new NAPLeS programs from four universities

New programs from four universities have recently joint NAPLeS. The programs are located in:
- McGill University, Montreal, Canada
- University of Hong Kong
- University of Noth Carolina - Chapel Hill, USA
- University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA
