Task:

A large German bookstore chain was interested in the general employee satisfaction in their company. They were also interested in regional differences and which factors are decisive for satisfaction.

Realisation:

As part of a practical teaching project, our students collected quantitative and qualitative data from more than 1,200 employees using scientifically based questionnaires and were thus able to provide the company with comprehensive feedback on the satisfaction of its workforce. In addition, recommendations for action were derived on the basis of well-founded scientific findings and practical expertise. The management report produced was presented to the management and the extended management circle and handed over to the company.
