Teaching Practice Project: Customer satisfaction
„How happy are our customers?“
A German insurance service provider was interested in the satisfaction of its customers and the image of the company.
As part of a practical teaching project, our students collected qualitative and quantitative data from more than 450 people via scientifically based questionnaires and provided the company with extensive feedback on the satisfaction of its customers. This provided the company with information about general customer satisfaction, differences in satisfaction among different customer groups as well as recommendations for action to increase customer satisfaction. The results were reported back to the customers by the company.
