Teaching Practice Project: Stress Management
"What can we do to improve the stress management of our employees?"

Task:
A public sector insurance company was looking for ways to reduce the stress level of its employees.
Realisation:
As part of a practical teaching project, our students conducted qualitative interviews with company doctors, occupational safety specialists and staff councillors in order to record concrete stress in the public sector. Based on the results of these interviews, as well as on current scientific findings on work stress, a training concept for a multiplier training was developed. For this purpose, documents for the training and for instructing the trainers, a trainer's guide as well as worksheets with case studies and questionnaires, audio and video examples and evaluation documents for participants and trainers were prepared.
