Project description:
In light of the ongoing rapid process of digital transformation, digital education, meaning education for a digitalized world, has increasingly moved into the focus of the state, industry, research and public discours. Young people need to acquire knowledge and skills to be able to act in and shape a digitalized world. This leads to several challenges, which all formal institutions across the educational system, from kindergartens to universities, need to face.
The chair of education and educational psychology of Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich (LMU) has conducted several studies investigating digital education in both Bavarian schools and universities. The studies are funded by vbw e.V.
